• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service.

• Do not upload content you don't have rights to use.
• Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or spam content.
• Do not bypass usage limits or access controls.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant CastSpread a limited license to process, store, and generate outputs from your content to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the outputs you publish.

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can manage billing in the account portal.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credits are non-transferable and expire only as described in the product.

We may change pricing with notice, and new prices apply to future billing periods.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Generated content may be inaccurate and should be reviewed.
• We are not responsible for third-party services you access through CastSpread.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or pose risk to the service.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice and update the date above.
